Hi jenna,I have the same problem with my back.I got a great exercise from my chiropractor.Lie on your stomach on the floor,(i know this is agony but it works)raise yourself on your elbows,like a child when they are reading.Thats it ,you need to do this as often as you can for about 10 mins,it really helps if you use an ice pack at the same time.This is called the Mc Kensie position.I have been bad this past week and this really helps me.good luck Philomena..........
