In my very over protective little hands. The brand new Spring Summer 2009 Stampin'Up! Catalog. It is EXQUISITE! By FAR one of the best yet. A great selection of styles, awesome new accessories! Here are just a few of my musings....
(if you have your catalog, check these out. If you don't have it yet....be patient, you will soon)
Cover:
Great COlors! Very spring. I like how the scallops on the card mimic the scallops of the cover page. I like that the projects are recreatable! What is the technique they used to get such a neat watercolor wash look?
Fun and easy Table of contents
Pg4: What a Great color combo for that photo! I love how they connected the two buttons on the top of the scrapbook layout.
Pg8: Manhattan Collection - Can it get much better? The colors, the style, the samples? I can see a class on making the Butterfly Frame or even the accordian folder thing! I also love the way they colored in the flower from the Fifth Ave. Floral on that little card.
Pg10: Retro Fresh - Fresh, Fun color combo without being obnoxious. I love the bright color combo paired with the Choc. Chip. I think this will be a fun, popular style.
