The Hello, Baby Girl décor template and the Hello, Baby Boy décor template include eight 8-1/2” x 11” project pages with templates to create large banners, mini cupcake banners, water bottle belly bands, napkin rings, pinwheels, favor labels, cupcake toppers, and table tents. Whew! All that for the perfect party!

The pennant banner shown above uses the first and second page of the Hello, Baby Girl décor template. Simply print the two pages, cut out the pennants, and add the scallop circle letters. The scallop circles have been sized to coordinate perfectly with the 2-3/8” Scallop Circle Punch. Love it!

There are also some mini pennants included. These would make a cute string of pennants as a cake topper, or you could add them to a toothpick for a cute cupcake topper or sandwich pick!

On the third page there are three water bottle belly bands. I always love how multiples of these water bottles really make it look like you went all out on a party. Brilliant!

The fourth page of this designer template includes a sheet of eight napkin ring belly bands. Of course, you could wrap these around a candy bar or any other goodie. So quick!

 The fifth page includes the template for the cute mini pinwheels in the very first picture. These 3-1/2” pinwheels have Designer Series Paper patterns that have been added to a punch so you can switch out the pattern for any of your choosing. In fact, all of the patterns in this décor template have been added to punches! So, if your wheels are turning the same way mine were, you are thinking pinwheels for birthday parties, cute gift accents—you name it! 

The last three pages of this décor designer template include many labels and cupcake toppers that coordinate with the Wide Oval Punch and the 1-3/4” Scallop Circle Punch respectively, as well as four table tent designs for all your treats.

 We added the oval label to the favor boxes created using the Bitty Box & Envelope Bigz™ XL Sizzix die and a small strip of Designer Series Paper that also comes with this ensemble kit.

The labels also add a cute addition to centerpieces, table confetti, and gift tags—anything you could want for a party!

The Good Stuff - My Digital Studio Scrapbooking

It is no secret that I LOVE My DIgital Studio! It has quickly taken a hold in my crafting heart, and I find myself turning to it more and more when asked to create. Here are two pages that I created as a double page layout using the Sweet Details Download. It is simply beautiful, and great to work with.

My original idea was to choose fun, vibrant colors to convey the feelings between my son and my Dad. I was hesitant to work with the plaid, but found that it didn't really distract, reminded me of the chain link fencinig in the photos and served as a nice background.

I would love to know what you think....also, would you like me to start adding in a list of the items that I use on my projects?

New Blog Design with My Digital Studio

Well, what do you think? This is my 3rd blog re-design using My Digital Studio. Funny thing is, I technically don't always know what I am doing. I figure out a lot of it as I go. I designed the banner and buttons using the Springtime Vintage papers as a background and inspiration. Added in a little Celebrations Pennants and some Pedaling Past and I have a whole new look. Designing was easy...the challenge was in figuring out how to insert the buttons correctly and make sure that they linked to the right places! LOL! I am quite proud of it and would LOVE some input. HINT HINT....

 

2 more non-traditional Easter Digital Scrapbook pages with Stampin' Up!'s My Digital Studio

I guess all three of my Easter layouts are pretty non-traditional this year. They look NOTHING alike either! How funny. I think that if I was scrapbooking "traditionally" with paper and embellishments I wouldn't have taken the time to do 3 separate layouts just for Easter. But guess what? With MDS - I TOTALLY CAN!!!! It probably took less time for me to do the 6 pages on MDS than it would have to do 2 pages "traditionally". I actually used a scrap-sketch for this layout. My Digital Studio - Digital Scrapbooking

 
So I hope that you liked the last set of scrapbook pages I posted. I failed to mention that they were 12x12 - which most of my pages will be, so I guess that you can assume that my pages will be that size unless I mention that they aren't! Ha Ha!

 The last pages were of our first thing Easter morning (yes, we keep a busy schedule on Easter). After we "open" our baskets, the boys get to go outside and gather the eggs that the bunny leaves behind for them. I had quite the few photos so I needed a layout that would accomodate them all. I think that this works! I never would have thought that I would have a red, white and blue Easter page, but here it is! What do you think? Does it work? Again everything is on the standard software (actually there really isn't much too these pages) with the exception of the fonts which were downloaded online.

My Digital Studio Easy Scrapbook Pages

I made these quick pages to show off our Easter morning photos. Every Easter we hang out upstairs for a while, and then we come down to see what the Bunny put in the boys' baskets. Last year I embroidered the boys' initials on their baskets and the Bunny tries really hard to color coordinate the goodies that go inside. It is a lot of fun.

 I wanted to pull the detail of the stripe from the baskets as the background for the page, so I made the background color Early Espresso and then added square punches resized to my "stripes: and filled them with Certainly Celery, So Saffron and Ballet Blue. The little Easter Icons come from a CK font that I downloaded from their website. Everything but the font comes standard on the software. (To see what comes in the basic software - CLICK HERE)

This is probably my favorite basic layout and I seem to use it in some variation A LOT! It's not an "exciting" work of art masterpiece - but not every page needs to be...

So - what do you think? It's a 2 page spread - left page first, then right page.

Meatloaf Recipe, My Digital Studio Style

 

I recently participated in a recipe share with some other Ladies at church and I brought my favorite meatloaf. I couldn't bring just a plain recipe card, not when I have My Digital Studio! I used the Sunset Serenade Designer Papers - which I LOVE!

Even though this month is National Scrapbooking Month, there are so many other ways to use the MyDigital Studio software. Can you imagine a full recipe book of CUTE recipes?!?
