A few of my quick and simple Christmas MDS ideas

 I know I haven't been posting to my blog very much the last few weeks other than on MDS Blog Hop Fridays. Hopefully I will get better soon. I have been doing a lot of re-focusing and trying to re-organize a lot of aspects of my life. Hopefully this will allow me to run my Stampin' Up! business a little more efficiently.

 I thought I would share with you two of the many projects I have completed the last few weeks. The first is the gift tags that I created that have gone on EVERYTHING this year. I LOVE gingerbread men, so it was a natural choice for me.

 The second was a quick little tag that I made for my son's Kindergarten class. We made little bags of oatmeal and glitter for "Reindeer Food" - thought it was a cute little idea :)

Ho! Ho! Ho! Stampin' Up! style

I just want to thank each and everyone one of you who are visiting my blog today, especially the ones that visit week in and week out. I know that the last few weeks have been a little difficult following us around, it just seems like a lot of us have been dealing with many struggles

Today I wanted to share with you the page that finalized my "Grandparent" Calendar last year. This year, the grandparents will be receiving their 3rd wall calendar featuring my boys. When I look back at these calendars I can't help but reflect on growth, both of my boys and of my growth as a digital "artist" . I would love to show you this year's, but the grandparents haven't seen it yet, and i know that at least my wonderful Mom checks in on this blog :)

It's Pouring... and my MDS Blog Hop Entry - Finally

 So when it rains is pours is a saying that is definitely holding true right now for us. I won't go into to much detail, but after we got home from our trip, we all got a nasty stomach bug to just top everything off. There are also a few personal issues that we are dealing with. So....my "tomorrow" (meaning Saturday) is now obviously Monday.... I really appreciate the patience and understanding.

So the theme was Monochromatic, as I mentioned in the last post. WOW! I loved the entries from everyone! Some gorgeous pages and projects!!! Here is what I came up with. I LOVE it. It's pretty great if I do say so myself, even if it is pretty simple! Haha!

Boy did I BLOW IT!!!

So, not only was I supposed to have a blog post up this morning - I CHOSE THE THEME!!!

I will get it up tomorrow if you will come back.

We went out of town for a few days for a vacation, (I'm still out of town - using my Mom's computer) during the 3 days, I had a baby who decided it was a great time for HORENDOUS melt downs, a 5 year old with LOTS of tummy issues (I'll spare you details) and my 7 year old split the top of his head open and needed 15 staples and 4 stitches. I will share more details in a later post....

I am so sorry. It has been a very rough couple of months, if you are one who believes in prayer like I do - our family could REALLY use it about now.
