Hi there! Happy Friday! This has been a busy week for me, how about you? Here in Las Vegas we have been enjoying some amazing weather! I love spring time.
This week we decided to bring you inspiration in the theme of "Mothers and Grandmothers". I love my Mom, seriosuly love my Mom. She is amazing and I look to her for so much. She knows that. I try to tell her a lot! However, this time I chose to feature someone else very special to me, my Grandma. This is my Mom's Mom...her name is Jean and she is the reason my name is Jeanna (Pronounced like "Gina" - see the spelling trick - make sense?). I love her. For the past few years I have noticed in a lot of photos that I am starting to look like her. I am so good with that. I think she is beautiful and adorable and funny....I've often asked my hubby if he thinks she is beautiful, because that is what he has to look forward to.
I don't think that this page is my typical style though. Not sure. I based the layout loosely on one I saw online, then I really played around looking for just the right papers and embellishments....
I used lots of things from here and there. The paper was from Sale A Brate - Everyday Enchantment, then I used some embellishments from Attic Boutique and the Tafetta Trimmings ribbons and the little flower is from the Vintage Flowers...all of the photos and the Downtown Grunge Paper are all placed inside punched from Check This Out. The font is called Simply Glamorous.
I hope you all like it, most importantly I hope that Mom will show her and that she likes it. That's what matters, right? I hope it makes her proud.
