Do you remember the page I did the other day about my brother and sister in law? Well, that page actually inspired this card. I am a sucker for Pool Party. I seriously love the color. Maybe because it reminds me of Tiffany Box Blue, or a peaceful body of water, or even a cloudless sky on just the right day, but to me it is such a calming color.
This was a pretty quick card to put together. In fact, it was also created on the airplane on the way to Orlando – just like yesterday’s page.
A few simple heart punches filled with the More Amore Designer Papers, and one filled with Primrose Petals. I wanted that one to have some texture, so I used the “crumply” stamp from Natural Compositions and just cropped it with a heart punch to lay over the top. The stitch lines are from the Freeform Line feature. A quick little stamp of “Thinking of You in the lower corner anchors the card and Ta-Da! There ya go!
I hope you enjoyed my Artisan projects for this month as much as I enjoyed creating them and sharing them with you. Don’t forget to look for the whole team’s projects on Facebook later this month
