Gorgeous Grunge Series - Day 2 - Stamp Time Somewhere

Hi! Welcome Back!

How is your day going? Happy Monday! Yes, I really did just say that. Well, today my two older boys start their school year. Of course, it's bittersweet... I love having them around, and I love the lazy days of summer, but oh my gosh - those boys need to be back in school!

Here is another card featuring the SUPER AWESOME set, Gorgeous Grunge. I am telling you - I LOVE this set!

SUPER FAST, SUPER EASY card! I just used a piece of the Et Cetera Designer Series Paper, stamped with those Gorgeous Grunge splatters in Baked Brown Sugar, add the sentiment in Night of Navy, and there is another piece of that awesome Natural Trim... DONE! 5 minute card... seriously!

This was a pretty simple card, I love how just a few stamps from the Gorgeous Grunge set can make such a trendy background! The two Strawberry Slush scallop flowers were made by peeling one piece of cardstock apart in to two layers, and their centers were made by punching out a piece of Whisper White cardstock that had a piece of Washi Tape on it!

TIP don't be afraid to use the patterns in your Designer Series Papers as your main inspiration! The graphic design of this one, lent itself to a quick masculine card.
