Hi there!!!!
When I saw this Geometrical stamp set and the samples made in the Occasions Catalog, it seriously took me back. Took me back to a time of side pony-tails, bright sunglasses and recording my favorite songs from the radio on a "mix tape". The triangles and graphic nature just took me back to childhood. Do you remember those days?
Because the samples in the catalog are some pretty bold colors, I knew I wanted to go softer.
TIPS -* When stamped on our Vellum, ink tends to stay wet long enough to sprinkle Clear Embossing Powder over it. That is how I got the Hooray for Today stamp set embossed in Strawberry Slush and Basic Gray
* The triangle on triangle pattern on one of the stamp sets made it very easy to use my Paper Snips to create a smaller triangle, and I was able to use that for a template for the other small triangles that filled in the design
Cathy Caines - In The Cat Cave
