Are YOU a "Flower Girl" ? I do not consider myself a "Flower Girl". Connie Collins - that lady rocks flowers like no ones business, but ME? No, not really one that is drawn to flowers. There have been a few flower sets that I have LOVED (can you say, Roses in Winter and Heartfelt Thanks? Do you remember those?) That being said, this set could go on my favorites list.
I've been BIG on this ombre trend lately, and using my Blender Pens with the Crisp Cantaloupe ink, I was easily able to acheive the look.
TIPS: One of the things I love about the Photopolymer sets is the fact that it SO easy to lay things out and see what they will look like on my cards. I placed my stamps down on my card like this.....
Then I just lined the clear block up with the lower right corner of the card and set it on the stamps. They stick SO well!!! I actually did this so I could make a simpler version for a swap :)
Ok, ready for an EXTRA? I saw this fun Peep bunny at the store and had this idea "HOP" into my head :)
I wrapped him in a Cello bag and tied it up with a little Silver Ribbon. Then I created this little magician's top hat out of Basic Black cardstock and the Circle Thinlits. I used the Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper to make the band, eggs and tag. "Enjoy" from Simply Celebrate was the perfect start for me to handwrite the rest of the tag, which was created with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch.
What do you think? Isn't it CA-YUUUUTE? I think I will make them for all my boys this year! Who would you make one for?
Hope you enjoy all of the AMAZING projects that the rest of the team has for you today. These are some special projects, so please let the team know what you think! Now go head on over to see the FABULOUS Jennifer Timko - she is seriously SO SUPER awesome! Love her
Hope you have a great day!!!
