MDS Monday 107 - Making it a little Retro

Hi friends!

Happy Spring Break!!! Well it's break for us here. I kicked off our break with a sick little one - hoping he gets feeling better quickly!

Cindy created a fun sketch and challenge for us this week. It took me a few minutes to figure out what I wanted to use for the journaling, but after only a few seconds, it became so obvious!

Now, I did make a few changes, but that is the beauty of a sketch - it's an inspirational starting point!!!

I've sang this song to by middle guy since he was a baby to put him to sleep. So when the DJ played it at his Cub Scouts Blue and Gold dinner, we HAD to dance. He loves it because I change the "Say you'll be my darling" in the lyrics to "Shane-y my darling".

Take a few extra moments and focus on those special memories in your journaling, you'll never regret it!
