I can barely believe how QUICKLY October flew by! It seems like it was a blink! As much as I love October, I do also love November. It's just such a beautiful time of year here in Vegas.. if only we had those pretty changing leaves....
Once again we are "Stepping It Up" - taking some simple projects and adding a little to it!
I started with the wonderful Paper Pumpkin kit we received this month! Blissful Bouquet. It has such beautiful images and pieces in it!
To start, I created the 3 projects pretty much exactly as they are shown in the samples and the way the kit is "intended" to be assembled...
Then I decided to use some of the pieces with just a little bit of Gold Embossing Powder and a scrap of Black Baker's Twine and came up with this layout!
I love the little touch that the Gold Embossing Powder gives it!
I also added a little black outline to the circle to tie in the twine. I LOVE how it turned out!!! What do you think?
We have a few new hoppers on the hop now (please take a moment to share some comment love) - go take a peek over at Lynn's blog to see what she has created for you this month!
My favorite touch is the black outline on the flowered circle! Very classy!

I really like the black outline around the circle and banner. It makes the gold pop even more!
