#TGIFC69 Back to School!!!

Hi Y'all!!!!

Ahhhh - I am so relaxed!!! Just got back from a beautiful vacation. I NEEDED it!!! Did you take a family vacation this summer? Where did y'all go? We went to the family ranch, we also got to go fishing, we saw Crater Lake, the boys got filthy - it was perfect!

School hasn't started for us yet. I have one going back next week, then 2 going back in about a month. UGH. The down-side of track schools. So....my projects haven't been used yet, but I am ahead of the game!!!

I have made a "Back to School" sign for my boys for the last few years. This year's are a lot like the ones I made last year. I like these, because I can just slip them in to the front of their scrapbook for the year! Ta-Dah!!!

Guess what I did???? I actually let my boys help. Are they perfect? That depends on how you look at them. Are there smudges, letters too close, unevenly inked letters? YES!!! Guess what - I LOVE those little imperfections. Don't get me wrong, there is a time and a place for "perfect". This was not it. My boys wanted to help!!! I couldn't deny them, or myself the memory of working on these with them. We laughed, they learned, I set aside my expectations (I did help guide - a LOT!!!) It was awesome!
