Hi there! Welcome back! Who is ready for the weekend?!?!? I know I am - my two youngest kids start school on Monday and I am SO READY! My oldest has been back for a few weeks, but I am ready for some Mom time!
This week's challenge is SO FUN!!! It's all about cool ways to use negative space, you know that left over piece that you have hanging around after punching or die cutting an image...
(You can click on the image above to go directly to the challenge site)
I have a ton, honestly. However, I discovered I LOVED the look of the negative image from the new Star of Light, especially with the image stamped below, so I decided to create a fun shaker card!
OMG!!! It is so WHIMSICAL!!! I used the Fancy Frost Sequins and Glitter Ribbon as my color inspiration. I LOVE Sweet Sugarplum as a Christmas card color! What do you think? Do you like non-traditional color combos sometimes?
I really hope that you enjoy this week's challenge and that you play along!!! Please let me know if you do, I want to SEE and I will totally comment.
I appreciate you stopping by my blog today, and I would love to be your Stampin'Up! Demonstrator if you don't currently have one. In fact, when you place an order with me during the month of September and use the Hostess Code 4CMKX4S4, I will send you a free handmade card for you to use for every $10 you spend! If you are looking for a place to start, here are the products I used on today's project.
