Hi there!
Happy Friday! I hope you've had a great week. I had an AMAZING birthday, even if I was also taking care of a sicko kid :( Dumb Flu!!! It was also a good week at work for me, I got to learn a few new things - that's almost always a good thing, right?
Anyhow, I NEEDED to sit down and create. I needed a little break for myself. I was so grateful for the soft, calming colors for this week's TGIF color challenge.
Isn't it pretty? Totally SMITTEN!!! I decided to ink up a stamp set that I love that was gathering a little dust. You might not even realize that it is still available, as it was featured in last year's Holiday catalog. It is being carried over, and is still currently available to purchase!!! YAY!!!
I stamped the flower three times on a separate piece of Whisper White card stock so that I could cut out the flowers to give them some dimension. I also stamped a few of the flowers on the background, stamping them off on my grid paper once first. I really kept this card to quite the minimum as far as supplies, but I did add some Copper Thread and some Metallic Sequins, because you know I have to have a little bit of sparkle in there!
Here is the list of supplies that I used. By clicking on the images below, you can the items directly to your cart so that you can create this card, and MANY other projects too!!! Please enter DQJDZBVF as your hostess code, and I will send you a special thank you gift with any purchase of $35 or more! (U.S. only)Don't forget that all purchases of $50 or more will earn you FREE SALE-A-BRATION items!!! This year's offering is AMAZING!!!!
