Happy Friday! Before I go further, I just wanted to thank everyone that has reached out the last few weeks checking on me. Unfortunately, I am still unable to eat without issues, and my first tests all came back fine, so we are going to have to do a little more digging. I'm hanging in though, and the severe pains have subsided, so that's a good thing.
Anyhow, today was the first day that I have been in my stamp room in weeks! It was so depressing. So when I say that these are last minute - I MEAN it! Normally, I work ahead for all of my challenges and Design Team posts, but I haven't been able to lately. I was worried it might take me a while to figure out some mojo, luckily it didn't take too long!
I started with a cute little Hot Chocolate box, and followed it up by a little box to hold a few packages of peppermint tea. Thank goodness for these adorable Spirited Snowmen - I've used them a lot this year!!!
The box was just a freehand pattern made with Cherry Cobbler card stock, wrapped with Mossy Meadow and some Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper. The snowman was stamped in Memento ink and colored with Stampin' Blends (of course). Little details like the Basic Rhinestone on the hat and the Linen Thread behind him, really help bring him to life.
The tea holder box is also a freehand box pattern. I used my scraps from the Hot Chocolate box to create this one! I also added a little Gold Cord and a leftover Gold Glimmer Paper Snowflake I had cut with the Blizzard Thinlit Die (which is currently on SALE!!!) If you didn't have the snowflake you could also stamp another snowman and just punch out his face. (Don't punch him IN the face, that's not nice! LOL)
Here's an easy shopping list of supplies I used on this card, clicking on any of the images will take you to my store where you can purchase any of these items.
