Hi there!!! Happy Friday! It's our last Friday before my boys go back to school... I think I'm ready - LOL! I really hope that I can sneak more creative time in... here's crossing fingers. I was able to get a few minutes to create a few things for back to school. It started with the One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop theme the other day - End of Summer. I knew exactly what I needed to create!
Every year I create signs for the boys to pose with on their first day of school - so it fit with the End of Summer theme. This year I also decided to make them some cards to go with them, and I figured I would use this week's awesome sketch challenge.
I had the idea last year to use their school colors, so I chose to do that again this year. I'm kind of loving how it all turned out!
Using the Stampin' Blends markers with these gives you so many possibilities! Problem is deciding just how to color them!Even though I don't usually add sparkle to the boys' projects, I thought they needed that little extra touch. I used some of the new Peacock Rhinestones and colored them with the Black Blends marker. Adding it to the Brick background hopefully added that little extra, masculine touch.
Just for fun, these are the signs I created for them. I'm pretty excited about how they turned out. My plan is to some day get caught up (LOL) and use these kind of like divider pages in their scrapbooks.
I truly appreciate the opportunity to be your Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. When you place your order this month, please use the hostess code TZW3SEBG for a special thank you treat from me!
I put together a shopping list of the items I used for these projects for you. All you have to do is click on the image and you'll be taken right to my online store!

I love the bright brick backgrounds to your fun balloon cards Jeanna and your back-to-school pictures are precious and will make great scrapbook dividers to welcome in the new school year.
