Creation Station Blog Hop "How to be a Millionaire" Stampin' Up! Pretty Perennials

Hello Stampin' friends!!!

I sure do hope this finds you doing well today! Pretty easy going weekend here, me in my stamp room and my boys cleaning out the garage. It was perfect timing, being as I have quite a few cards that I need to send out soon. This one today is for a great friend who is always there for me - she is going to LOVE the colors! Our challenge this month was to feature one of the stamp sets created by one of Stampin' Up!'s Million Dollar sales achievers. I chose one of my all time favorites in this category, Pretty Perennials, designed by the fabulous Dena Rekow!

This is a GORGEOUS set, with a great coordinating die set to go with it! There are endless ways to combine everything, and you'll be able to create tons with it! I wanted to do something a little special for her, she's been so supportive. I hadn't done a pop-up box style card in a while, so I thought it would be fun to create a bouquet of Dena's flowers for her desk maybe!

I can't wait to give it to her!!! She was actually the first person that I thought of when I saw the new FREE Sale-A-Bration Designer Series Paper Field & Flowers (you'll be able to get it, along with the stamp set on TUESDAY!!! Woot! Woot!) It's just her style, bright, bold color paired with black :) I actually chose this polka dot pattern so that I could pick my own bright colors for the flowers.
