#tgifc298 Sketch Challenge – A little late (aka When Life throws you curveballs)

Well, normally I would say Happy Friday, however I think today is Monday. I say I think, because I really mean life has been throwing some curveballs. Last Monday, after not feeling quite myself, and my brother receiving a positive Coronavirus test, I went and got tested myself – and received the same result. So, unfortunately I have been in bed for the last week. Then, last week our internet decided to stop working. So it's been fun around here, myself and my hubby in bed, three boys who were supposed to be distance learning, no internet….

I HAD worked ahead a little. I haven't kept up, but I did get last Friday's TGIF card done. It would've been posted too, if it hadn't been for the internet outage! LOL

I grabbed one of my favorite product bundles from the catalog, and flipped this little sketch on it's side. I sure hope y'all aren't sick of seeing sunflowers, because I TRULY love playing with them!

TGIFC#298 Stampin' Up! Celebrate Sunflowers Jeanna Bohanon

I know some of the other cards I've been making with this flower recently were full of deep, rich, fall colors, but I was ready for something light, and bright, and SPRING-Y!!! I adore this color combination. I used one of my favorite Blends tricks on this one too – I used my Soft Seafoam Blends on my Soft Seafoam cardstock to deepen the color just a little bit on a set of the sprigs.

This card is so cheery – I can't wait to feel better so that I can get some cards in the mail!!!

I want to take a moment to thank you all for all of the support that you show my business. It means the world to me. When you place your order this month, please use hostess code CT9AHZPXRemember also, that I will send you a free tutorial bundle when your order reaches $50 or more!
