Hello friends! Happy Friday! I sure hope that you are having a wonderful week as we wrap up this month. I am so excited to share my card with you today as it features a few of my favorite things and a great sneak peek! A new set coming from Stampin' Up! - Etched in Nature.
This is such a fun challenge, and if you have been visiting my blog at all lately, you might remember that I've been on a huge ombre' kick! Guess what - luckily I didn't run out of ideas! I decided that being as we all get to shop from the upcoming new catalog in just a few days, I would share a little sneak peek with you of a beautiful new stamp set. Etched in Nature.
To create the ombre look in the background of the card, I "smooshed" (that's the technical term) my ink pads on to my clear acrylic stamping block in order from lightest to darkest, then I used a Stampin' Spritzer to mist it with water, then I used that as a "stamp" of sorts to apply the ink to a piece of Shimmery White Cardstock. Once it was dry, I then stamped the long leafy image.
When you place your order this month, please use hostess code RQUASPCZ. Remember also, that I will send you a free tutorial bundle when your order reaches $50 or more! (you can always purchase the tutorial bundle at any time HERE)
Thank you so much for joining me today. I truly hope I was able to help inspire you to go create something today!

OH OOH LA LA LOVE! So pretty in green. You really did a great job getting those images to stamp. And that ribbon is the perfect touch.
