Hi there! Welcome back, so happy to have you back with our One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop! Are you loving it so far? You will not want to miss all the amazing projects we have for you.
This month is all about those Halloween Trick or Treat goodies! I have been having so much fun sharing some fun Halloween projects over the past week or so, and loved being able to keep it going.
I love all of the great images in the Banner Year stamp set, but admit that some times it can be tricky to make smaller images work. I have found that keeping it simple or just "KISS" (Keep it simple Sweetie) OR creating your own patterned backgrounds seems to work great. For these, I did both!!!
Can I just tell you how much I STILL love the Mini Curvy Keepsakes Box Die? I love that you can cut two from one sheet of cardstock! I used the Thick Whisper White Cardstock, and created my own Jack-o-lantern pattern. Isn't it sweet?!?!
Seriously, I hope that you enjoy the rest of the hop!!!
I want to take a moment to thank you all for all of the support that you show my business. It means the world to me. When you place your order this month, please use hostess code DUVE7TPQ. Remember also, that I will send you a free tutorial bundle when your order reaches $50 or more!
Thank you so much for joining me today. I truly hope that I have helped inspire you to create!

It's OCTOBER!!! I know there were plenty of days I wondered if we would ever get to this point in this year. I am so grateful for today and every day. I am grateful that we are in "Fall" - I have to put it in quotes, it just doesn't feel like Fall here - it's expected to still be high 90s most of the week. It's okay though, because I'm still going to treat it like OCTOBER. Speaking of treats, I have a fun, quick treat idea for you for today's We Create Blog Hop - "You Go Ghoul"
I thought I would go with the obvious Halloween theme, but I think there are a few other ways you could take it, too!
Now, when it comes to Halloween treats - I admit, if it's for friends/co-workers or my own kids, I like doing something a little fancy, but when it comes to treats for the kids friends and such, well - I don't spend a ton of time because I know they generally aren't as appreciated.
Recently I bought a bag of these cute little "test tubes" off of a friend who was de-stashing some of her supplies. I thought I'd fill them with some chocolate covered candies and make a sweet and simple little tag.
Aren't they FUN? So simple too!
Cut a strip of Smoky Slate Cardstock 1" x 4 1/4" and punch each end with the Banners Pick a Punch. Stamp the web from Banner Year in Smoky Slate once on the left side of the tag, and then without re-inking, stamp again on the bottom right hand side for a softer look.
Stamp the "BOO" in Versamark Ink on to small strips of Basic Black Cardstock and emboss with White Stampin' Emboss Powder. Cut apart and adhere to slightly larger strips of Gorgeous Grape Cardstock and trim apart again. Add to the tag using a Stampin' Dimensional.
Using a small hole punch, punch a hole in the tag and tie to the tube using Baker's Twine or Linen Thread. I wanted orange twine to match, but didn't have any, so I dyed my Linen Thread with Pumpkin Pie Reinker!!!
I want to take a moment to thank you all for all of the support that you show my business. It means the world to me. When you place your order this month, please use hostess code DUVE7TPQ. Remember also, that I will send you a free tutorial bundle when your order reaches $50 or more!
I hope you are enjoying this hop as much as I have! I love some of these fun ideas. Make sure you check out Libby, I think you're going to love her project!
Hello, and HAPPY AUGUST!!! Ok, I am really hoping for a nice, normal, calm August. That being said, our family is going through some serious trials, so prayers would TOTALLY be appreciated! One thing that I am looking forward is spending more time back in my stamp room, creating for y'all - as in some NEW CLASSES!!! Woot Woot! I am sneaking in at the last minute with the We Create Blog Hop - to share some fun "Snacks & Beverages" ideas!!!
Well, I got the "snacks" part done...but this new Little Treats Bundle from Stampin' Up! is SO inspiring, I might just keep creating with it today to make MORE treats and drink treats!!!
To start off with, I went with the first one to pop in my head - Halloween! Not sure why, because it's 113 degrees here right now! LOL!!! Maybe because it's because of these cool, snack size packs of "Zombie" Skittles that I found...(you will have to fold in the sides of the little bag to keep them from sticking out the top)
Want to know how to make it?
Die cut one of the boxes from the Little Treat Box Dies (8 1/2" x 5" Smoky Slate Cardstock)
Use the scrap and cut one extra "front" or the box.
Emboss the "front" with the new Cobwebs 3D Embossing Folder.
Highlight the cobweb by dragging a White Craft Ink pad lightly over the embossed image.
Punch Banner using the Banners Pick a Punch in a 3/4" strip of Gorgeous Grape Cardstock. Stamp sentiment in Versamark Ink and heat emboss in White Stampin' Emboss Powder. Trim to size, and adhere to the bottom corner using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Create the little flags by coloring direct on the stamp with Granny Apple Green, Gorgeous Grape and Basic Black Markers, and trim. If you don't have the markers, you can always stamp two of the flag banners, one in each color and layer them after trimming. Adhere to the embossed front.
Die cut the little spider in the Little Treat Box dies from a scrap piece of Basic Black Cardstock. Highlight with Wink of Stella and adhere to the embossed front.
Embellish the front with small Rhinestones.
Adhere the embossed box front to the box using the Liquid Multipurpose Glue. Fold up the sides of the box, and insert your treat!
To tie the box shut, cut a length of Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon. Make it custom by coloring it in with the light Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blend. Thread through the hole in the top of the box.Tie a length of the ADORABLE Black and White Baker's Twine from the Playful Pets Trim Combo Pack in a bow around the Granny Apple Ribbon!
Now that you know how to make it, here is a complete supply list of all of the products that I used. A good majority of the products will be available on August 4th. Sorry that I am making you wait a few days, but at least you'll have your wish list ready!!!
I am so glad that you stopped by today! I loved creating this little treat holder and I hope that you will as well....
Make sure that you stop by all my hopping friends today to see their fun projects too!!! Next up is my amazingly sweet and talented friend, Kimberley Morris!!!
Thank you so much for joining me today. I truly hope that I have helped inspire you to create!
Don't forget that when you place an order of $50 or more, I will send you a free tutorial bundle from my Tutorial Store!!!!

Hi friends! Happy Friday!!! You know what that means.... it's time for some #TGIF Challenges Inspiration!
I usually keep my Halloween crafting to decor and treats (check out these fun treat boxes), but this year I've been inspired to create a few simple cards. Being as I don't have a lot of Halloween supplies, I decided to think outside of the box a little so to speak.
That sweet little owl is featured in a set called Hoot Hoot Hooray, and is found in our beginning stamping brochure! I LOVE the set! With just a little masking, I was able to stamp the owl and the stars without their sentiments, then color in the rest with my Stampin' Blends. A little flourish behind him was created with the Stitched Stars dies. To make them stand out, I added a touch of Wink of Stella.
I truly appreciate the opportunity to be your Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. When you place your order this month, please use the hostess code PVZVPWQM for a special thank you treat from me!

I have re-opened my tutorial store for you, and will be adding all current and previous tutorials available for sale there - all in one convenient location!

Hi there! Welcome to this month's One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop - our theme this month is a stamping Spooktacular. The projects today should bring you lots of fun, Halloween inspiration!
Before I show you my projects, I figured I might share my inspiration with you! I saw the CUTEST Halloween line of products at my grocery store this year, and I LOVED the soft color combo. While it might not be very traditional for Halloween, it sure is sweet!
First up is a simple little card -
I cut the main image rectangle from the Stitched Rectangle Dies and stamped the cute little bats from To Every Season in Memento Ink before coloring the background with my Highland Heather Blend. I also created my own Soft Seafoam ribbon by coloring the Silver Edge Metallic Ribbon with my Soft Seafoam Blend!
My favorite part of this project by far is the little treat boxes I came up with!!! I seriously love them and want to keep creating more and more ideas with this Mini Curvy Keepsake Box Die!!! I did forgo adding the cute little faces so that they were a little more versatile in who the recipient might be.
EEEEP! SO STINKIN' CUTE!!! Allow me to introduce you to:
Halloween Kitty
Not quite a "black cat", more like a sweet little gray kitten - there had to be one in the mix. Her ears and nose are made from the star tag die in the Mini Curvy Keepsake Dies.
Halloween Vampire Bat
Not sure a Highland Heather mini Bat is very scary, but check out those fangs and wings! The fangs were cut from the edges of the bat punch in the punch pack, and the wings were 1" circle punches with snipets taken out by the 3/4" punch and the top of the heart punch from the punch pack as well!
Halloween Spooky Spider
Also a little gray spider, his legs were cut from the corners of the square tag from the die set.
Halloween Frankie
I think he is SO CUTE! I cut just the top of the curvy die from Basic Gray, so I knew I would have the right shape, then just gave it a little haircut! See his little bolts? Bat punch from the punch pack again!!!
Halloween Punkin'
I might need a whole patch of these little sweeties! I used my Petal Pink Blends to create the lines on the pumpkin, and the Soft Sea Foam Blend again on the ribbon "leaves"
I hope that I have inspired you to play a little today and create. Make sure you check out the whole hop for even more inspiration.

Hi,and Happy October! The first of the month means that it's time for the We Create Blog Hop! Our theme this month is perfect for October - ORANGE You Spooky!!!
I recently went down to California to spend a few days with my mom and grabbed a few basic supplies to create with while I was down there. That's always a little scary for me, because I am so used to having a lot of tools at hand, but I love how some times it really gets me back to some basics.
There was more than one time while making this card that I wished I had brought more supplies, but it still turned out pretty cute!
This stamp set, Hoot Hoot Hooray is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. If it doesn't look very familiar, it's featured in our Experience Creativity catalog that is full of great mini suites pulled together specifically for those that might be fairly new to stamping. I stamped the little owl in Memento Ink on Thick Whisper White card stock, then colored him in with Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze Blends markers. He's cut out and added to a piece of Crumb Cake, then Early Espresso gingham Designer Series Papers from the Neutrals Pack.
To add that little something extra, I colored some Rhinestones with the Dark Pumpkin Pie Blend - it's a great, easy technique.
Next up is my beautiful friend Kimberley, I bet she has something perfect for us!

Hi there!!! Welcome back and welcome to this month's A Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop. This month's kit was seriously so fun to work with. I love how Stampin' Up! tries so hard to cover lots of bases, by providing a variety of different project ideas, types and styles. I love that they give us sneak peeks, so that we can have and idea of what's coming up next. This month had me so excited!
In case you haven't seen all the wonderful-ness included in this kit - here is a great video from Stampin' Up!
I can't believe I only have one kiddo that still wants treats for his classroom. I am thrilled that Stampin' Up! gives us the opportunity to order refill kits most months, but just in case they weren't going to be available, I knew I wanted to come up with my own alternative! The kit comes with 20 boxes, but there's 27 in my son's class!!!
Ok, I might be biased, but I think they turned out ADORABLE!!! Not sure that's a good thing for Halloween, but hey.... They were pretty simple. I stamped the images on to a Mini Curvy Keepsake box in Versamark Ink, and embossed them with White Embossing Powder, added a quick little bow and tag (I added these with glue dots, not tied around the box handle, so that they would be easier for the kids to open.)
I don't typically send out a "Happy Halloween" card to anyone, but I thought it would be cute to send out a Halloween THEMED card to someone, just to say "hey"...
EEEP!!! So cute, right? Pretty quick too. The only thing stamped on this one is the little skulls in the background. The little skeletons are one of the pre-printed embellishments included in the kits! Check out that gorgeous bone-spider web die cut!!! WOW!!!
I hope that you enjoyed my take on this month's kit. I hope you enjoy your trip around the hop today, and find yourself filled with lots of great inspiration!
Here is a quick and easy shopping list for you of the products I used on today's projects. Clicking on each one will take you to my online store. If you are in the U.S. and aren't currently working with a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I would love to have the opportunity to serve you!
GREAT NEWS!!! AS OF RIGHT NOW, THERE ARE STILL FULL KITS AND REFILLS AVAILABLE!!! YOU MUST BE A PAPER PUMPKIN SUBSCRIBER TO ORDER THEM, BUT IF YOU AREN'T - WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
If you loved this month's, but are ready to get started on your Christmas and Holiday crafting, you WON'T want to miss out on the next two months! These kits are beautifully coordinated to work together, to give you the best crafting experience!

I loved the pretty black & white color scheme, so I decided to work with that and the pumpkins.
I adore the Buffalo Check stamp!!! I REALLY REALLY REALLY hope that this one sticks around after the Holiday catalog. I'm also totally smitten with the Tin Tile Embossing folder, and I think it makes the cutest pumpkin!!!

Hi there! Welcome back!!! It's a gorgeous day here in Las Vegas, and it's hard to stay inside, however I have a LOT of stamping to do!!! So much going on in the next few weeks! I was able to get this cute card done for this week's Paper Craft Crew Challenge in all of my crafting craziness!
This bright color challenge screamed Halloween for me, and even though I don't usually do Halloween cards (usually just treats and decor) I couldn't help but play with these cut little guys!
I think that they are ADORABLE!!! Once again I had some fun coloring with my Stampin' Blends. These really are such a valuable tool to have in your craft room. They truly elevate your coloring!
I did do a little masking in order to group the animals together. I stamped the Dog and Cat on the Thick Whisper White cardstock, and then again on a sticky-note. I cut out the images that were on the sticky notes, and placed them over the stamped images for my card. Then I was able to stamp the Elephant and made him look like he was just behind them.
Here's an easy shopping list of supplies I used on this card, clicking on any of the images will take you to my store where you can purchase any of these items.

Hello!!! Happy Wednesday! Hope that you are having a great week! I have been so busy this week, getting stuff sorted and sent out from my RETIRED ITEMS STAMP SALE on my FB page! I've so a lot, but there is still SOOOO much there. I'll also be posting a few more things this week! I've also been trying to get ahead a little on my stamping projects, as I will be having my second hip surgery this coming Friday! First up was this fun Paper Craft Crew sketch!
This card is a little different for me - I used Designer Series Paper - lots of it. I admit, I sometimes struggle pairing things with the patterns, despite how well coordinated and easy Stampin' Up! makes it. Take a peek at today's though:
I thought it would be fun and a little cheeky to cut these two little witches out of the Toil & Trouble Designer Series Paper (available TODAY in the NEW HOLIDAY CATALOG!!!) and have them be friends. When I went looking for the perfect friend sentiment though, I was a little surprised that I found just what I was looking for in the Animal Outing stamp set!!! Who would have thought. Not only was the sentiment perfect, but there is a sweet little line image that worked great for adding some detail to my strip of Gorgeous Grape card stock.
Just to make things a little easier for you, here is a list of supplies that I used for this card. I am so grateful when you choose me as your Demonstrator!
